TERMS and CONDITIONS of SALE

 

1. All items on this website are subject to, and inclusive of, 10% GST

2. Goods remain the legal property of NatureBubz® until paid in full.

3. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. The sale of goods is subject to our standard Terms and Conditions as detailed below.

You accept these Terms and Conditions when:

a) you submit an Order;

b) you accept delivery of, or any part of, the Goods pursuant to an Order; or

c) you make Payment, or partial Payment, for any Goods supplied by NatureBubz®.

 

CANCELLATIONS

NatureBubz® products are made to order.

We do not accept order cancellations once we have commenced manufacturing your items. We reserve the right to refuse to cancel orders once placed, this decision will be made at our sole discretion. 

 

RETURNS

Return requests must be made in writing within 30 days of delivery date. This must include the invoice/order number and a reason for return. No returns will be accepted without prior approval and return delivery instructions. Any authorised returns for change of mind will incur a 15% restock charge plus return freight costs to NatureBubz®.

 

CLAIMS

In the case of faulty merchandise, please request a claim form. These must be filled out in full, including pictures of the fault.

We will supply a replacement product or a refund. This decision will be made at our sole discretion.

In some cases we may require the faulty product be returned and will send a return pre-paid postage satchel.

 

COMPLIANCE and TESTING

All NatureBubz® products are carefully designed to comply with all relevant Australian safety standards. We routinely submit batches of toys for independent safety testing, but please note: it is not a requirement for each style to be tested. All current certificates are available on request.

International customers: we do not test to any other standards other than Australian AS/NZS 8124.1

 

BACKORDERS

We do not accept or process backorders. If we are unable to fulfil a style or item as requested then we will offer a replacement or a refund.

 

PAYMENTS

NatureBubz® accept payment through our website - these are processed through PAYPAL, over the phone through Visa/Mastercard (credit card payments do not incur a merchant fee), AFTERPAY or via Direct Deposit. If paying via Direct Deposit, please email remittance advice through to sales@naturebubz.com in order to expedite your order processing time.

 

FREIGHT

Freight is not included in the costs of the goods and is auto calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order.

We will, at our discretion, use any registered freight provider to despatch your orders.

 

ORDER LEAD TIMES

All standard orders will be despatched from our Perth office within 5 business days of your order payment being cleared.

Express orders will be despatched from our Perth office within 2 business days.

Applicable shipping times will then vary depending on location.

No orders will be despatched until payment has been received in full.

 

PRICING and GST

All prices are subject to change without notice. Please refer to your invoice or our website for current pricing. Our price lists and brochures should be used as a guide only. Prices are quoted excluding freight charges, however are inclusive of GST.

We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
